Mila acquired academic qualifications of a Master of Applied Teaching Methodology from the University of Reading, Faculty of English Language and Applied Linguistics, in 2008. She also holds a position as a teacher of English language and literature from the Faculty of Philosophy, Sarajevo University.
Since 2017, she has been undergoing education in Transactional Analysis, completing training in organizational TA. Currently, she is in her fifth year of education as a consultant under supervision at the Psychopolis Institute in Novi Sad.
Mila gained professional experience working in both international and domestic military, IT industry, marketing, human resources, business consulting, coaching, and counseling. She is passionate about learning and sharing knowledge, driven by purpose, easily adaptable, and promotes professionalism in empowering others and discovering their best selves.
