Jovanka Lazarević studied at the University of Belgrade, where she earned a degree in Philology from the Department of Iberian Studies. After several years of teaching Spanish and Italian, she shifted her focus to educating mothers as the co-founder and editor of NajboljaMamaNaSvetu.com, one of the most popular online parenting magazines in the region. The portal provides education for parents and professionals working with children through regular webinars featuring regional experts.
Since 2023, she has been the Director of the Justice Initiative Hub for the Balkans, where she is responsible for implementing campaigns aimed at creating a safer future for children. She lives in Switzerland, is married, and has three adult daughters.
