Irma Bečar is an optimistic, dedicated, and creative
professional with over 15 years of experience in marketing and
team management. Born in 1986 in Sarajevo, she holds a Bachelor
of Science in Communication and has held leadership roles across
various sectors. Her career spans from working as an account
manager at MPG, an international marketing agency, to serving as
PR Manager for Youth Sports Games, and Creative Director at
Toolbox. Since 2019, she has been the Director of MASTA Agency,
leading projects in product launches, campaign development, and
content and event creation. She is particularly proud of the
“Nobody Hungry, Nobody Alone” project, which
successfully advocated for a 0% VAT on donated food.
She is passionate about people, animals, cultures, and
continuous learning. Her diverse experiences have allowed her to
build extensive networks across various industries. She enjoys
traveling, kitesurfing, skiing, music, and photography. She is
also part of the organizing team for the Multimedia Festival of
Art and Design, Many Man Show. Irma’s work is
characterized by her pursuit of the “perfect
moment,” defined by laughter, love, and the beauty of
life.
